Beyond the frame: sunset in Mallorca.
Not every beautiful story needs a lot of words. Some of the most beautiful stories are the ones that actually have no words at all.
Like this sunset here that I captured in Mallorca last year.
The entire day was warm and sunny, as it mostly is in the beautiful Mediterranean. As it goes every day, it starts with a sunrise, peaks at noon, and ends with a sunset.
Imagine being right there at a moment that is worth so much more than anything you can buy with money. That’s what this picture captures beautifully.
Sitting there at a viewpoint, overlooking the sea, is wonderful. And if you can add a sunset to that view, it becomes extraordinary.
That’s what this picture did to me, and to everyone else who had the luck of being right there at the right moment.
Watching the sun quietly sink behind the horizon, creating a view that can awaken goosebumps in so many people as they watch in silence. That’s when nature is at its very best.
